Creators and attendees self-produce and adhere verified high-resolution sponsor decals directly onto their own event wardrobe.
X.com Attendance Proof
Escrow release is contingent upon publishing photo/video proof at the event on X.com tagging @thebrandattire during active event hours.
1. Financial Escrow Mechanics & Multi-Currency Rails
When a sponsor places a bid, funds are secured via Dodo Payments Inc. (Merchant of Record) or authorized banking hold. TheBrandAttire never directly stores raw card or banking credentials. Supported rails include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Indian UPI / RuPay.
If another sponsor submits a higher qualifying bid, 100% of the core bid principal is released or refunded to source with zero platform cancellation fees.
2. Middleman Technology Platform Classification
TheBrandAttire is strictly a software marketplace intermediary. We do NOT manufacture, print, embroider, or ship physical garments. All participating speakers, keynote presenters, and conference attendees are independent contractors who retain full autonomy over their personal wardrobe, decal printing, and physical stage attendance.
3. Mandatory X.com Proof-of-Performance Protocol
To protect sponsor capital and eliminate fraudulent claims, escrow payouts are strictly locked until the creator satisfies the public proof protocol:
- Creator/Attendee attends the conference, summit, or gala wearing the designated apparel with high-resolution brand decals in place.
- Creator publishes a public photo or video from the event floor on X.com (formerly Twitter) tagging @thebrandattire.
- Upon proof verification, net funds are remitted to the Creator. In the event of no-show or failure to provide X.com proof, 100% of the held escrow is refunded to the sponsor.
4. Venue, Code of Conduct & Content Moderation
Speakers and attendees are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with individual venue regulations and conference codes of conduct. Illicit, offensive, or prohibited brand content is automatically screened and rejected by our automated moderation and vector review pipeline.
5. Non-Mediation / Peer-to-Peer Intermediary Status
TheBrandAttire does not act as an arbitrator, mediator, or judicial agent. Agreements are made directly peer-to-peer between the Sponsor and Creator. Our role is strictly limited to programmatic escrow custody via Dodo Payments (10% platform fee, 3% gateway fee, 87% creator payout) and verifying objective X.com proof.
